Let this juice be your first drink in the morning. Serves two people: six oranges with a teaspoon of spirulina and a teaspoon of wheat grass in each glass.
Next juice in the morning. Green juice for two: Five leaves of red cabbage, two sticks of celery, two Granny Smith green apples, one chicory salad head, one green bell pepper and a chunk of fresh ginger.
Juice for the rest of the day for two: two kg carrot, three red apples, one chunk of ginger, and one big beet root if you like.
