IT’S ALL ABOUT THE BREATH

I am so honored to know this group of wise and beautiful beings from all over the world. We have meditated together for many years now, since many of them were very small children, and I have watched them grow up in an environment where peace, compassion and wisdom were emphasised and valued. They have blossomed into amazing human beings with understanding beyond their years, as is seen in the words of the video here.

SPACE TO REST

You know your holy place. Your field, tree, chapel, cushion, cathedral, mat, temple or ocean wait for you. Go there often, without any agenda. And let your heart sing the lullabies of its longing to keep itself awake.

TAKING PICTURES WITHOUT JUDGEMENT

In this way, photography is part of my spiritual practice, not spiritual in a special way, but in a very ordinary way, just simply being with whatever is. My teacher speaks about meditation not as meditating on something but being with. I find this to be an incredibly helpful instruction.
